Located at The Wilson Building, Walker & Dunlop's new 59,000-SF headquarters embodies the company's focus on community and culture. These facets are on full display in the new workplace, where employees can have a collaborative, yet flexible space to accommodate any working style.

MOI Collaborated with the project partners to effectively manage the delivery, installation, and post-occupancy needs for Walker & Dunlop's 250 employees. The space is outfitted with Knoll workstations and Knoll private offices with a variety of ancillary to support the amenity focused communal spaces across the three floors. To ensure success, MOI maintained on-site presence, daily touch-base meetings, and consistent progress updates.
