MOI joined the Kettler and Ortega Design team for this exciting expansion of the Union Heights multi-family housing campus, focused on delivering unparalleled amenities to tenants in a second building. Our team of ancillary specialists partnered early in the process to help Kettler create an equally impressive second tower with over 21,000 square feet of amenities.

With the goal of creating a sense of casual sophistication through both the indoor and outdoor spaces, our team specified modern furniture solutions that would create a seamless flow from one area of the building to the next. We not only procured the furniture, but assisted in the selection of artwork, rugs, accessories, and more. Partnering with Ortega Design allowed our team to better assist in curating a unique furniture package, and in turn, creating a remarkable place that would attract and retain tenants for years to come.
