MOI partnered with Equity Residential and SK+I Architecture on a new 15-story, multi-family tower located in the heart of downtown Bethesda. SK+I Architecture envisioned a space that would balance a cosmopolitan chic aesthetic, with suburban access and charm. Our award-winning ancillary team of specialists provided solutions for the lobby, dining space, lounge areas, co-working space, and leasing office. Most notable is the roof deck with stunning metropolitan views and plenty of intimate seating vignettes for tenants to enjoy. We incorporated various product lines to create a sophisticated, modern aesthetic throughout the building and materialized an elegant ambiance to the space through textures and colors.
