Trammell Crow engaged MOI to assist in the development of a furniture package that would set this building apart from the rest. With this goal, Trammell Crow sought to create a luxurious multi-family housing complex that would entice new tenants with striking amenity spaces.

We worked closely with the entire project team to select products that would convey luxury from the lobby to the clubroom, meeting spaces to the rooftop, and beyond. Each space flows seamlessly to the next, connected by the stunning furniture pieces, artwork, and accessories that exude a sense of royalty. This new building will provide tenants with ample opportunities when working from home, relaxing with friends, and everything in between.
