Qualtrics' new 50,000-square-foot Reston office blends industrial minimalism with a warm, inviting atmosphere, fostering innovation while celebrating local culture. MOI partnered with IA to curate MillerKnoll solutions alongside a variety of ancillary products from our manufacturer partners, crafting an environment that supports today’s hybrid workforce while driving connectivity and collaboration.

Anchored by the elliptical Hero Path—inspired by Qualtrics' Seattle headquarters—the layout encourages movement and collaboration with interconnecting stairs and diverse seating options. The design mirrors the transition from city to suburbs: the inner zone, defined by brick, metal, and concrete, houses reception and conference areas, while the outer zone features natural wood, greenery, and flexible workspaces. 

At its heart, the Blues Café pays tribute to D.C.’s jazz scene, serving as a communal hub with spaces for both formal meetings and casual gatherings. Playful design elements—including vinyl decals, a beer garden, a game room, and a large-scale Lego-style installation—reflect Qualtrics’ dynamic culture. Designed for flexibility and well-being, the workplace includes alternative work points, a library/lounge, focus rooms, and a wellness center with quiet lounges. A private outdoor terrace provides a space to recharge, ensuring a balance of productivity and relaxation.
