VARIOUS INDOOR & OUTDOOR AMENITIES | ARLINGTON, VA
MOI worked in conjunction with Altus Realty and Hickok Cole to reimagine the amenity spaces in this centrally-located office building. With a focus on creating a hospitality-inspired environment for tenants, Altus sought to incorporate comfortable and inviting furniture solutions throughout the space. Our team partnered with a variety of manufacturers to select items that would support Altus’ goal of increasing occupancy and retaining tenants in the building. Amenity spaces included the main lobby, adjacent lounge area, outdoor terrace, large and small conference rooms, and huddle rooms for use by all building tenants. Working with Altus and Hickok Cole from the start ensured the design aesthetic was maintained and resulted in a welcoming space for both tenants and guests.
