The Harbor Bank of Maryland enlisted MOI’s Interior Construction team to transform its office and recreational spaces, seeking a modern renovation that would enhance functionality while embodying style and sophistication. Leveraging both AIS installations and Modernus glass walls, MOI delivered an attractive blend of design and efficiency, creating sleek, inviting environments for both work and relaxation.

The AIS walls provided flexibility and durability to the office layout, while the Modernus glass walls added transparency and sophistication, ideal for collaborative and recreational areas. Together, these installations aligned with the bank's vision, delivering a timeless, high-quality finish that balances aesthetics with practical use.
