The repositioning of 1101 Connecticut Avenue, located on a premier corner in downtown DC atop the Farragut North metro station, was undertaken to encourage employees to return to the office. The building's renovation thoughtfully integrated a range of amenity spaces, including an outdoor terrace, a flexible conference center, a fitness center, and various meeting spaces within the building's core.

MOI partnered with Altus and Gensler to curate furniture for amenity spaces that would revitalize the space. Upon entering the building, lounge seating upon a vibrant plant wall adds a touch of nature and promotes a calming atmosphere, while an interconnecting stair between levels fosters connectivity and collaboration among tenants. The creation of the outdoor terrace offers tenants a refreshing new place to work, live, and stay connected. The building's renovation aims to create a functional, thriving environment that attracts employees back to the office by offering modern, flexible, and engaging spaces that cater to a variety of needs.
