Explore our beautiful Baltimore Showroom
We've dedicated ourselves to refreshing our Baltimore space to reflect our evolving partnerships and continued commitment to community.
Over five years ago, MOI proudly inaugurated our 13,000 SF Baltimore headquarters in Locust Point. Since then, the landscape of our 100% employee-owned company has evolved significantly, with acquisitions more than doubling size of our team across Maryland, DC and Virginia.
We partnered with MillerKnoll to create a floorplan that allows our team to do their best work, live in a space that supports wellness and creativity, and offers more areas for people to meet and stay connected - a MOI Work Live Stay Ecosystem.
Embracing the hybrid style of work, our talented team redesigned our showroom to prioritize flexibility and seamless collaboration. With technology-enabled spaces and adaptable workstations, our venue caters to our teams' diverse needs. Communal areas foster connection and productivity, ensuring full engagement and support for every team member. As a MillerKnoll Platinum Certified Dealer, we curated a comprehensive product offering that exemplifies the depth and diversity of the MillerKnoll collective. “We wanted to highlight the quality, versatility, and craftsmanship of our partner in our local Baltimore market,” said A&D Director, Jessie Leiner.
As part of our commitment to sustainable business practices, we partnered with Installnet, alongside the MillerKnoll rePurpose Program and ensured that our existing furniture was 100% repurposed. Through a combination of reselling, recycling, and donating, we found the next destination for our furniture in an environmentally conscious manner. Throughout the process we diverted 100% of all showroom materials from landfills.
“Our space provides an immersive experience that celebrates the vibrant energy of Baltimore and embodies our unique brand. Whether for business or pleasure, our thoughtfully curated space leaves a lasting impression, ensuring you have a true MOI Experience,” said President, David Corsones. “Our spaces and our people impact our community. We’re fortunate to have this amazing space to work, live, and stay.”
